On February 5, 2025, Lyft, Inc. made the following revisions to its Code of Business Conduct & Ethics (the “Code”). The Code was amended and restated to update the treatment of a number of topics, including financial reporting and record-keeping, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, compliance with laws, internal reporting, anti-retaliation, and accountability. Certain non-substantive, administrative and stylistic changes were also made. This Code amendment and restatement did not relate to or result in any waiver, whether explicit or implicit, of any provision prior to the amendment.
